- All Items are in stock unless advised otherwise
- Once we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. If you do not receive one please kindly check your spam folder as due to the nature of the goods they are often tagged as spam. If you have followed the above protocol and still not received one please reach out to our Customer Service during business hours and we will get one over to you asap.
- All orders received by 11am AEST Time will be shipped same day. This may vary however in peak periods such as Sale periods and Christmas and New Year time
- Orders are not processed on weekends, only on weekdays.
- Orders are Shipped via Australia Post Transit times vary depending on location. Express Shipping is typically 1-3 business days and Regular Post is typically between 2-7 Business days. Australia Post does not deliver on weekends. Regional areas may have longer transit times.
- If your parcel is not received on time we recommend contacting Australia Post and putting in an enquiry first. It can take a couple of days to receive a resolution from them. In the event of a lost parcel we will be more than happy to replace the item at our expense and ship it to you. However we must receive confirmation first from Australia Post that the parcel has been lost.
RETURNS
All sales on supplement items are final. Due to the nature of the goods and health regulations we cannot exchange these. If unsure of what to purchase please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
Adult Toy Products are covered under consumer law and if deemed to be faulty we will be happy to replace these under their respective warranty. These warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
